Insurance
We accept most PPO insurance plans and are committed to helping patients maximize their dental benefits. As an out-of-network provider, we work closely with our patients to help them receive the highest reimbursement and value available through their insurance plan.
As a courtesy, we will file and track insurance claims on your behalf. To ensure accurate processing, please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance coverage. While we strive to help maximize your benefits, you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance processing is the patient’s responsibility.

Patients who pay in full with cash at the time of service may qualify for a discount.
Check or Credit Card
We gladly accept checks and major credit cards. Please note that credit card transactions may be subject to a processing fee.
Financing Through CareCredit
Flexible financing options are available through CareCredit. You may apply online or complete an application in our office.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
